Greetings Cedars International School's Families and Friends,
Tomorrow Austin Public Health will be at Cedars International Next Generation High School, 6700 Middle Fiskville Road, Suite 102, Austin, Texas 78752 from 11-1pm providing free COVID Vaccines.
If you are in need of your first or second vaccines we are providing a room for anyone 12 years of age and older to come in and receive your free vaccine. Attached you should find the Child Consent Forms to be filled out for minors to be vaccinated.
I hope you are able to take advantage of the APH coming to the campus.
