School Store & Online Payments

To easily purchase items from Cedars International Academy schools, follow the steps below.

  

Get Started Today:

  1. Go to myschoolbucks.com or download the mobile app
  2. Create your free account by selecting Cedars International Academy in Texas.
  3. Select your school.
  4. Add a Student to your account using the student’s Legal Name and Date of Birth, (or student ID #). You must enter either the student’s date of birth or student ID number.  The campus Registrar can provide the student ID # if needed.)  For Staff - select Add a Student and enter your name, date of birth, and/or Timeclock ID # with 2 "0"s at the beginning as the student ID # (ex. 001234).
  5. If adding funds to purchase cafeteria snacks, select the Meal Accounts tab and add your funds.
  6. If purchasing store items such as paying Supply Fees, Yearbooks, Car Tags, and Festival Tickets, select School Store then select Browse All Items.
  7. Add funds using your credit/debit card and check out.
    Note: For each transaction, you will be charged a program fee.  No fee is charged for Meal transactions.
  8. Set up automatic payments for regular donations.
