Principal’s Weekly Message
Hello Raptors,
Congratulations to our Young Men’s Basketball Team on an incredible start to the season! The team showed impressive grit with a record of 1 win and 1 loss, with the overtime loss decided by just 2 points. Keep up the hard work, Raptors—we’re excited to see your continued success!
This month’s Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) focused on Project Graduation for our seniors. If you’re a Senior Parent or Guardian and would like to learn more, please get in touch with our Senior Sponsor, Keely King, for additional information. Your support and involvement mean so much as we work together to create a memorable and successful graduation for our seniors, and as a reminder, our virtual Parent Involvement Committee meeting is held virtually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, from 6-7 pm.
Congratulations to Aaron Zarco, our Raptor of the Month! Our staff selected Aaron, who exemplifies our core value of trust. Thank you, Aaron, for setting a great example and inspiring those around you.

Very Important Attendance Reminder
As a reminder, Texas law requires students to attend at least 90% of the time the class is offered to receive credit or a final grade for their courses. This rule applies to all students in grades K-12 and covers both excused and unexcused absences. Staying on top of attendance helps ensure students remain eligible to earn credits toward graduation and keeps them on track for success.
Thank you all for your continued dedication and hard work. Let’s make it a great week!
Go Raptors!
