Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to share that on Friday, October 24th, our whole district will be hosting its Fall Festival—a night of spooky fun, games, and community. This year, we’re working to make the festival more than just a school carnival. Our vision is to create the first of many ongoing October festivals that will not only provide unforgettable experiences but also generate important funds to support our students. We are working on attractions that will be fun for the littles as well as be exciting for our students in middle and high school. The night won't just be for the students but for your whole family and any one outside of Cedars that would like to attend. To make this possible, we need your help! There are several ways you can get involved before and during the festival:

Preparing Build & Assembly Support :

Cutting plywood silhouettes

bring in pallets
-
Screwing together pallets to create haunt walls

Wiring small electric motors or lights
-
Painting characters on plywood or canvas
-
Preparing games and booths
-
baking cupcakes

Event Setup:
-
Assisting with setup on the days leading up to the festival on attractions attached to the school

Helping us transform the space into a fun and spooky environment on the day of.
Whether you have carpentry skills, artistic talent, technical know-how, or just a willingness to lend a hand, we’d love to have you on the team. Every bit of help makes a difference!

We have already started preparation so we need volunteers as soon as possible. Together, we can create something truly special for our students and our community.
