It’s that time of year again! We are excited to celebrate our annual Día de los Muertos Altar Competition! This year, our large Cedars community altar will be dedicated to the wonderful Dolly Parton.
For the first time, we are opening the student altar competition to all students from PK3 through 12th grade! Please share the attached information with your students’ parents and let us know which students are interested in participating.
We would also appreciate any contributions to our large Cedars community altar. If you would like to donate, we welcome the following items:

Día de los Muertos figurines

Photos of family members you would like us to remember and honor (please label each photo so we can return it afterward)
