Today, students at Cedars International Academy had a special visit from the Austin Police Department's Mounted Patrol Unit! Officers and their horses provided an interactive and educational experience, teaching students about the important role they play in keeping our community safe. Students were thrilled to meet the horses up close and learn about the daily work of the mounted officers. Thank you to the APD Mounted Patrol!

Come join the PTO Spook fest for Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, October 25th, 6-7 PM at Cedars International Next Generation High School (6700 Middle Fiskville Rd File Room, Austin, TX 78752). This is a fun and safe trick-or-treating event for the whole family. Students can dress up for a Costume contest. PTO will serve snacks in the cafeteria. Families and staff can decorate your car's trunk with the best design of the night. Families will also sign up to bring candy to pass out.

Mr. Dao's Algebra II students are engaged in a project influenced by Shark Tank, creating business models with systems of equations.
