The Cedars International Academy School Board of Directors welcomes and congratulates our new Superintendent, Dr. Leslie Sparacello!

community of amazing and talented students, teachers, administrators, support staff and families to enhance the educational experience, learning outcomes and social-emotional well-being of our students! We are confident that her experience - along with our collective shared vision, commitment, passion and focus on student learning and achievement - will continue to move us forward!
Dr. Leslie Sparacello comes to Cedars International Academy as a dedicated education leader with over three decades of experience. With a strong commitment to fostering excellence in education, Dr. Sparacello has held diverse roles that have shaped her journey to Cedars International Academy.
Starting with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Christian University, Dr. Sparacello's passion for education led her to earn a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Incarnate Word where she has also served as an adjunct professor, imparting her expertise in areas to grow future educators and administrators.
Her journey through the education field began as a classroom teacher of French and English. As her career evolved, Dr. Sparacello transitioned into leadership roles as Academic Dean in Northside ISD in San Antonio, Texas. She became the Principal at St. Peter Prince of Apostles Elementary School where she gained knowledge and experience in PK-8 th grade curriculum and instruction and transitioned back to the secondary world as the Principal of Midland Senior High School in Midland, Texas. Prior to joining Cedars International, Dr. Sparacello was Associate Superintendent of Accountability and Student Services at Jubilee Academies, where Dr. Sparacello oversaw 12 charter school campuses.
Dr. Sparacello is very excited to be leading Cedars International as we continue our journey of excellence in education.
